The Three Christs Richard Gere tries to treat three Jesuses, and one of them is Walton Sanders Goggins!

The drama "Three Christs" tells about an attempt to treat three delusional patients who referred to themselves as Jesus Christ. We will start from the beginning, all right? Three men are sitting in a psychiatric hospital because of a paranoid schizophrenia diagnosis: Joseph (Peter Dinklage), Leon (Walton Goggins), and Clyde (Bradley Whitford). Each of them believes that they are Jesus Christ.

Richard Gere plays a psychologist (Dr. Alan Stone), who came up with a risky, but at the same time brilliant idea. Instead of electroshock therapy, Dr. Stone hoped that he could break through the patient's delusions in a more humane way. He united guys to treat them together with the help of conversations, social games, and so on.

Richard Gere's talented game was outstanding. The pseudo-Jesuses were also played by remarkable actors: Peter Dinklage, Walton Goggins, and Bradley Whitford. The film is based on the book “Three Christs in Ypsilanti” (the last word is the name of a psychiatric clinic, where, in fact, the action of the film takes place) written by the same psychologist named Milton Rokeach (played by Richard Gere), which is based on a real story happened in his practice in the 50s of the last century.

Milton Rokeach later admitted that his methods were manipulative and not entirely ethical. The material is intriguing in every sense. The film has already appeared on the network in January 2020.
